How I Work

  • A quick call about the event: run of show, key moments and speakers to cover, and where the video and photos will be used, from social media and press to internal communications.

  • Site visit or floor-plan review, shot list, coordination with the venue and the AV team, and a crew sized to the event, from one to four people. I take care of permits and release forms.

  • Multi-camera coverage of keynotes and panels, a roaming camera for networking, booths and details, on-location interviews with speakers and guests, and photography running in parallel with the video crew.

  • On request, a first selection of edited photos or a short vertical clip delivered while the event is still running, so your team can post live.

  • Highlight film, vertical cuts for social and subtitled versions, plus a curated set of edited photos. Photos within 24 hours, videos within 48 to 72 hours: see Delivery & Timing below.
