How I Work

  • Footage is backed up in two places and organized in a standard project structure: footage, audio, graphics, stills, proxies and exports, with a ProRes master and lightweight H.264 proxies. Interviews are transcribed with AI so every quote is searchable before the first cut.

  • Adobe Premiere Pro. Rough cut, review cut and final cut, with an online review link and time-coded notes at every round. Multicam sync for events, panels and interviews shot with two or more cameras.

  • Color correction and grading, shot matching across cameras and lighting conditions, noise reduction and stabilization where needed. Lumetri in Premiere Pro, or a dedicated grade in DaVinci Resolve for projects that call for it.

  • Dialogue cleanup and noise reduction, licensed music, sound design and a final mix to platform loudness standards: -14 LUFS for web and social, broadcast specs on request.

  • Lower thirds, titles, logo animations and simple explainer graphics in Adobe After Effects. Open captions or SRT files in English and Italian.

  • A 4K or 1080p master in 16:9, plus vertical 9:16 and square 1:1 cuts for social, subtitled versions and web-ready H.264/H.265 files, with a ProRes master on request. The project is archived so it can be re-edited later.
